Milei developed a metrics-driven dashboard for the redhat-appstudio/o11y repository, focusing on enhancing productization visibility through data-driven monitoring. Leveraging Grafana and Prometheus, Milei designed and implemented a dashboard that visualizes key pipeline timings, including the delay between commit and build start as well as build duration. The solution incorporated YAML for configuration, enabling templated data source selection and flexible time-range filtering to support multi-environment monitoring. This work translated complex pipeline data into actionable insights, allowing stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and make informed decisions. The dashboard established a foundation for broader adoption and improved transparency across productization workflows.
