She focused on clarifying that layout containment is not a requirement for query containers, instead emphasizing the importance of style and size containment as well as independent formatting context. Using her expertise in CSS, HTML, and technical documentation, Miriam updated the specification to reduce ambiguity and improve traceability, linking her changes directly to relevant issues and commits. Her work enhanced the clarity of the spec, supporting more consistent vendor adoption and helping downstream implementers better understand the intended container behavior.
