April 2026 monthly summary for checkstyle/checkstyle: Implemented enhanced Javadoc violation messaging and guidance for SingleLineJavadocCheck. Defined specific violation messages, updated tests to reflect the new messages, and improved documentation and error reporting to guide developers. For 2026-01, delivered Telugu Localization Support for fossasia/scrum_helper. Implemented a new Telugu locale by adding a translation file and updating src/_locales/te/messages.json. Commit 137d621acaa28d53fd838812ac0e4449c78d0312 added the translation and locale updates. No major bugs fixed in this scope. Impact: expands user base to Telugu-speaking users, improves accessibility and onboarding, and establishes localization groundwork for additional languages. Skills demonstrated: globalization/i18n, JSON locale management, localization workflow, clear commit messages and cross-team collaboration.
