Worked on security-focused maintenance for the aignostics/python-sdk, addressing a critical vulnerability in the marshmallow dependency. The primary task involved upgrading marshmallow to version 3.26.2 to remediate CVE-2025-68480, thereby reducing security risk and improving reliability for downstream users. The approach emphasized targeted dependency management and security compliance, ensuring backward compatibility and minimizing the impact on existing functionality. Python was used throughout, with validation performed via continuous integration pipelines to confirm the stability of the upgrade. No new user-facing features were introduced during this period, as the work centered on risk reduction and maintaining a secure codebase.
