
Over three months, contributed to the lter/lterwg-resilience repository by developing an end-to-end data processing pipeline for climate and agricultural analysis. Built R scripts to automate downloading, extracting, and merging SPEI climate data from NetCDF files with site information, producing reproducible CSV outputs. Enhanced data governance by updating storage paths and integrating Google Drive API for automated distribution. Leveraged Leaflet for site location visualization and implemented modular workflows to streamline preprocessing and reduce manual intervention. Focused on maintainability and scalability, the work improved data alignment between climate and agricultural metrics, supporting downstream modeling and analytics using R programming and data visualization.
