In the prometheus/alertmanager repository, implemented a Slack Notifications Templating System that enables dynamic color assignment and configurable visuals for alerts, streamlining incident triage and enhancing user experience. Leveraged DevOps practices, Helm, and Kubernetes to align upgrades with upstream releases, reduce manual configuration, and ensure maintainability.
