Worked on the Homebrew/brew repository to enhance the reliability of package installations and updates by introducing API contract verification tests for FormulaStruct and CaskStruct. This effort focused on expanding automated test coverage using Ruby, with an emphasis on API testing and software testing best practices. By verifying API contracts during critical operations, the work reduced the risk of regressions and enabled safer future refactoring of the codebase. All tasks were aligned with internal tracking through Nightshift, ensuring structured collaboration. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with the primary contribution centered on strengthening API guarantees through robust test automation.
