Worked on cross-repository build-constraint hardening for RAPIDS projects, focusing on stabilizing wheel builds in CI environments. Addressed pip constraint handling and environment isolation by updating and testing build scripts in repositories such as rapidsai/gha-tools, rapidsai/rmm, and rapidsai/cudf. Implemented and, when necessary, reverted experimental features to maintain compatibility, which reduced build failures and improved consistency across teams. Utilized shell scripting and bash to automate build processes, aligning CI/CD workflows with evolving pip behaviors. This work enhanced package management reliability and laid the foundation for safer environment isolation, demonstrating a methodical approach to DevOps and continuous integration challenges.
