During November 2025, Mohammad Khodabakhshi contributed to the conan-io/conan-center-index repository by modernizing its build and dependency management pipeline. He upgraded the libaec package to version 1.1.4, ensuring compatibility with newer dependencies and improving future maintainability. Using CMake and Conan, Mohammad updated build requirements to CMake 3.26 or higher, reducing compatibility issues with modern tooling. He also removed redundant upstream CMake configuration files from the package, streamlining the build process and enhancing reproducibility. His work, co-authored with team members, focused on Python and YAML for configuration, resulting in a more reliable and efficient packaging workflow.
