Focused on clarifying the release cadence, main branch build practices, and quarterly community releases, this work aimed to streamline onboarding and planning for contributors and stakeholders. Leveraged Markdown for documentation and applied project management and community engagement skills to ensure the information was accessible and actionable. The update reduced ambiguity around release schedules, supporting smoother adoption and collaboration within the community. No code changes or bug fixes were required, emphasizing process transparency through clear, well-maintained documentation practices.
