In January 2025, Mohan Kumar Paluru expanded the devicons/devicon repository by adding new SVG icons for GitHub Actions and Bazel, enhancing the icon library’s coverage of modern developer tooling. He focused on asset management and iconography, ensuring the new assets were consistent with existing UI standards and easily discoverable by users. The work involved disciplined version control and integration with the project’s CI and asset pipeline, supporting broader tooling adoption within the developer community. While the scope was limited to a single feature over one month, the contribution improved UI fidelity and streamlined the process of locating essential tooling icons.
