Contributed to the expo/eas-cli repository by addressing a JSON parsing failure in the EAS Update --json command, which previously encountered issues due to extraneous subprocess output. The solution involved implementing a silent mode within the fingerprint creation process, effectively suppressing stdout to prevent output pollution during concurrent operations such as autolinking, react-native configuration, and ExpoConfigLoader. This backend improvement, developed using TypeScript and command line interface skills, enhanced the reliability of JSON-based update workflows and improved automation stability for CI/CD pipelines. The work was documented in the changelog to facilitate downstream adoption and ensure greater visibility for future maintainers.
