Worked on the RocketChat/Rocket.Chat repository to enhance the user registration process by implementing email domain validation during signup. Leveraging React and JavaScript, introduced a feature that provides immediate feedback when users enter invalid email domains, improving the onboarding experience and reducing unnecessary retry cycles. Integrated internationalization (i18n) by localizing error messages, ensuring that users receive clear guidance in multiple languages. Utilized JSON for managing localized content, aligning with the project’s broader localization strategy. This work addressed a common pain point in user onboarding, helping to reduce support overhead by catching invalid domains early and streamlining the registration workflow for diverse audiences.
