During February 2025, Marko Prpic enhanced the RedHatProductSecurity/osidb repository by refining tracker resolution logic to address misclassification issues. He implemented a backend update in Python that reclassifies trackers marked as 'Obsolete' to 'Not affected', aligning the system with updated VEX justifications and improving the accuracy of tracker status. This change reduced triage noise and streamlined investigative workflows by ensuring obsolete trackers no longer remained open erroneously. Marko also updated the project’s documentation in Markdown to reflect the new logic, demonstrating attention to both codebase maintenance and clear communication of process changes. The work was focused and well-integrated.
