The solution was implemented by modifying the href attribute to use the correct mailto protocol, followed by thorough cross-browser testing in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge to confirm compatibility and prevent layout regressions. This targeted fix improved the reliability of lead capture and streamlined the inquiry process, contributing to a smoother and more dependable user interaction flow.
