Worked on the newrelic/newrelic-agent-init-container repository to deliver Node.js 24 support while removing Node.js 18, aligning the project with the latest LTS standards. The update required changes to the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring all automated tests and validation steps targeted Node.js 24 and excluded the deprecated version. Docker and YAML were used to update build configurations and deployment workflows, while documentation and release notes were revised in Markdown to guide users through the migration. This work introduced a breaking change, requiring downstream consumers to adapt, and demonstrated a focused approach to platform alignment and maintainability within a short project period.
