Worked on the acrolinx/platform-api repository to deliver a targeted enhancement for role management, focusing on API validation at the backend. Implemented a server-side check using API Blueprint to enforce a new constraint that rejects role names containing semicolons, thereby improving data integrity and reliability in role governance. Updated the API documentation to clearly communicate this validation rule and provided detailed error responses for invalid requests, supporting better onboarding and reducing support overhead for API consumers.
