Worked on the symfony/symfony repository to enhance the Validator component’s handling of uninitialized properties. Addressed a bug by implementing robust property mapping using property hooks, which involved introducing a dedicated entity class to support this mechanism. Updated and expanded unit tests to verify correct behavior when accessing uninitialized properties, ensuring improved reliability and maintainability of the validation process. Focused on back end development with PHP and Symfony, the work reduced runtime errors and delivered more predictable validation outcomes for downstream applications. The approach emphasized thorough testing and careful integration of new logic to strengthen the overall robustness of property validation.
