
Mag Selwa enhanced incident management and status reporting workflows in the vscentrum/status-page repository by developing improvements for Tier-2 Leuven and scratch/storage incidents. Using Python, HTML, and YAML, Mag standardized incident templates, automated deployments, and improved data integrity by correcting incident times and ensuring proper closures. This work streamlined communication and reduced manual rework for stakeholders. Additionally, in the hpcleuven/VscDocumentation repository, Mag addressed a user experience issue by updating the NX Client download link in conf.py, ensuring enterprise users accessed the correct resource. Across both projects, Mag demonstrated strengths in documentation, system monitoring, and status reporting through targeted, maintainable solutions.
