Juan Milkah developed the Anticuus Dark Theme for the zed-industries/extensions repository, focusing on front end and theme development using TOML for configuration. The work involved creating a new dark mode by leveraging and extending existing industry and gruber_darker themes, ensuring consistency with the project’s design system. Juan integrated submodule references and updated configuration files to enable seamless build and runtime adoption across extensions. The feature addressed user experience in low-light environments and reduced design debt by reusing established theme components.
