Developed an automated kernel performance testing environment for the os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse repository, focusing on streamlining the setup process for sleperf benchmarks. The work involved creating a new configuration file in YAML and a Perl script to provision the sleperf environment, which included automating package installation and system configuration. By leveraging skills in DevOps, scripting, and system administration, the solution enabled repeatable and efficient kernel performance tests across SUSE builds. This approach reduced manual setup effort and improved test coverage, ensuring that performance benchmarks could be executed consistently and reliably as part of the broader testing and validation workflow.
