Worked on the interledger/rafiki repository to deliver a platform upgrade supporting Node.js 24 across all configurations and Dockerfiles. The approach involved updating environment setup workflows, aligning .nvmrc and engines, and refining Docker integration to ensure compatibility with the latest Node.js features. Addressed a runtime edge case by filtering empty environment strings, which prevented Invalid URL errors and improved overall reliability. Leveraged skills in Continuous Integration, DevOps, and Docker, using JavaScript and TypeScript to streamline deployment processes. These enhancements improved security, performance, and maintainability, while simplifying onboarding and workflow hygiene for future development and operational efficiency.
