Her approach included environment-variable-based paths and configuration of OS images and credentials, reducing deployment friction and enhancing environment parity. Additionally, Nidhi introduced code ownership governance by relaxing CODEOWNERS rules and improving repository formatting, which supported better testing and repository hygiene.
