Worked on the RedRoverSchool/BookClubQA_Python_2024_fall repository to enhance guest navigation by implementing a method that verifies the presence of the Home button across all guest-accessible pages, ensuring a consistent user experience. Addressed test suite reliability by temporarily skipping known failing tests related to the cookie banner, header, homepage, and announcements, while re-enabling test imports to maintain coverage. Utilized Python, Pytest, and test automation techniques to stabilize continuous integration runs and reduce false negatives. This work improved feedback loops for the team and laid the foundation for future reliability improvements in UI testing and overall test suite maintenance.
