Developed a deployment-management enhancement for the cloudflare/workers-sdk repository by implementing a force delete capability for pages deployments, streamlining the removal process through a force query parameter in the API. This update reduced manual confirmation steps and improved automation, supporting faster and safer deployment rollbacks. The work was carried out using TypeScript and involved both API development and comprehensive testing to ensure robustness and maintain backward compatibility. Expanded test coverage validated the new force-delete path and reinforced regression protection, while enhanced error handling improved reliability. The approach emphasized test-driven development and collaborative code review to maintain code quality and team alignment.
