Enhanced the GKE Autopilot installation guide to support Helm v3.1+ and provided a simplified values.yaml along with an updated helm upgrade command. Removed outdated local documentation files and redirected the README to the official Kubecost documentation site, streamlining onboarding and reducing maintenance. Utilized Markdown and YAML, applying skills in documentation management, Helm, Kubernetes, and repository cleanup to improve documentation quality and consistency.
