Worked on the Netcracker/qubership-jaeger repository to enhance Helm chart templates by introducing standardized Kubernetes labels for improved resource management. Focused on adding app.kubernetes.io/technology and app.kubernetes.io/managed-by labels within YAML-based Helm templates, this effort aimed to streamline resource identification and governance across Kubernetes environments. Leveraged DevOps practices and Helm templating skills to ensure consistent metadata application, supporting better auditing, automation readiness, and observability. The work involved Git-based changelog management and careful adherence to Kubernetes labeling standards. No bugs were addressed during this period, with the primary contribution centered on feature development and infrastructure-as-code best practices using YAML and Helm.
