Nara Díaz Viñolas contributed to the nix-community/home-manager repository by delivering complete localization for the Home Manager CLI in both Catalan and Spanish. Using Weblate and working with PO files, Nara translated all 39 interface strings for each language, ensuring full coverage and consistency. This work enhanced the software’s internationalization readiness and improved accessibility for Spanish and Catalan-speaking users. The translations were consolidated into a single, release-ready commit, reflecting careful validation and collaboration with the localization community. Nara’s focus on localization, software internationalization, and translation addressed product goals for broader adoption and a more inclusive user experience.
