In mattermost/docs, addressed duplication in upgrade notes by removing redundant entries related to Go versions and Keybase repository signing keys, streamlining the upgrade process for administrators and new contributors. For paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx, fixed broken Crowdin translation links in the documentation, updating URLs to ensure translators and users access the correct localization project. Employed Markdown and reStructuredText to maintain high documentation standards, demonstrating attention to detail and version-control discipline while resolving both feature and bug-related documentation issues over a two-month period.
