June 2026 monthly summary: Delivered Cloud-Agent Handoff Lifecycle and Migration Status Enhancements in elizaOS/eliza, surfacing the cloud-agent handoff results and lifecycle status to users, introducing a new handoff-phase event and typed lifecycle details, and refining user-facing status messages. Implemented tests to validate the end-to-end handoff flow and lifecycle labeling, and established clear separation between internal status labels and user-facing copy. Major bug fix included surface of migration results that previously disappeared due to a silent discard in startCloudAgentHandoff, significantly improving user visibility during first-run provisioning. This work provides a foundation for future UI and product decisions (e.g., #8810) and strengthens overall reliability of cloud-agent handoffs.
