Worked on the DroidWorksStudio/mLauncher repository to enhance localization quality, focusing on the French translation of the mobile application. Addressed user experience issues by correcting typos and improving the accuracy of app strings, specifically targeting areas that previously caused confusion for French-speaking users. Utilized XML for translation management and applied localization best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability. Resolved issues with translation string escaping, such as backslash handling, to prevent rendering problems and ensure accurate display. Reviewed all changes for adherence to localization guidelines, establishing a stronger baseline for future translations and preparing the codebase for upcoming multilingual releases.
