February 2026: Delivered significant user management & invitation flow improvements in minder. Removed the user_management feature flag to enable user management features by default, and relocated ListInvitationsForProject to InviteService to improve code organization and test coverage for invitation handling. These changes reduce rollout risk, improve maintainability, and strengthen end-to-end invitation flows.

January 2025: Delivered enhanced profile status retrieval in stacklok/minder, enabling status lookup by either profile ID or profile name. This work updates the CLI and API to support dual identifier methods, aligns proto definitions and handlers with the new capability, and lays groundwork for ID-based automation and analytics. Business impact includes faster, more reliable status checks, improved API consistency for downstream services, and reduced manual lookup effort.
