Worked on the AmazeeLabs/silverback-template repository to deliver a feature enhancing the Cardinality Validator, focusing on improving data quality and template reliability. The update extended validation logic beyond simply counting child blocks, ensuring that each block contains meaningful data and relevant attributes. This approach aimed to prevent empty or non-informative blocks from passing validation, thereby reducing downstream issues and supporting maintainable template development. The work was implemented using PHP within a Drupal environment, with unit testing applied to verify correctness and robustness. The feature addressed the need for more stringent content validation, contributing to higher standards in template data integrity.
