Worked on the sst/opencode repository to implement Agent Variant Configuration, introducing an optional 'variant' property for agents that enables model-specific configuration and routing. Used TypeScript and full stack development skills to update backend logic, ensuring the variant is applied based on the agent’s model and adding comprehensive unit tests to validate this behavior. Addressed a data-processing risk by excluding the k2p5 model from reasoning variants until underlying data issues are resolved, safeguarding workflow integrity. Maintained strong traceability through targeted commits and focused testing, resulting in enhanced configurability and reliability for agent management within the codebase over the month.
