Delivered migration of az billing invoice list to codegen v2, including new listing files by account, profile, and subscription, and updated custom.py to adopt codegen v2 implementations for standardized invoice listing within the billing module. This work advances codegen modernization, improves maintainability and consistency across the billing feature, and lays groundwork for future enhancements.
