Worked on the apache/texera repository to enhance frontend reliability by developing comprehensive unit test suites for the SortButtonComponent and RowModalComponent. Focused on expanding test coverage, the work aimed to reduce regression risk and support faster development cycles by catching UI issues early. Leveraged Angular and RxJS with TypeScript to implement targeted unit tests, ensuring that the components behave as expected under various scenarios. Maintained close alignment with issue tracking and provided clear, traceable commit messages throughout the process. This approach improved maintainability and stability of the frontend codebase, contributing to a more robust and efficient development workflow.
