Replaced the IP for 'krupal-appsec' with the dedicated 'user-vision-testers' endpoint to support automated accessibility testing and QA in the ministryofjustice/hmpps-strengths-based-needs-assessments-ui repo. This change improves test reliability, speeds up accessibility validation, and reduces manual configuration in test environments.
