Worked on the TanStack/query repository to deliver a targeted compatibility upgrade within the example project, focusing on updating the @tanstack/preact-query dependency. The approach emphasized maintaining repository health by ensuring the upgrade did not disrupt the main codebase, while also aligning with TanStack’s best practices. JavaScript and React were used to implement the changes, with updates to both the example code and accompanying documentation to clearly guide developers through the new version’s features. All modifications were consolidated into a single, well-documented commit, providing traceability and clarity for future maintenance and supporting ongoing front end development efforts.
