During December 2025, Nikhil Reddy developed an end-to-end Get in Touch feature for the SQAC-Tech/sqac-website repository, focusing on improving how user inquiries are handled. He implemented a solution using Node.js, React, and MongoDB that persists form submissions directly to the database while maintaining the existing email notification workflow. This approach reduced manual data entry and enabled faster, more reliable follow-up on customer inquiries. By integrating MongoDB for data capture, Nikhil established a foundation for future analytics and reporting. The work addressed business needs for improved responsiveness and visibility, demonstrating depth in full stack development within a short timeframe.
