During December 2024, MajorClades worked on the Aevum-Lupi-Bicipitis-Alternate-History-Mod- repository, focusing on enhancing the Aldabba diplomatic action flow within the game mod. They refactored the diplomacy module by introducing a pre-war-declaration pre-effect block and streamlining post-war-declaration effects, which improved event firing and modifier handling. Using skills in game development and modding, MajorClades targeted gameplay reliability and maintainability, ensuring consistent diplomacy scenarios. The work, implemented in txt scripting, addressed specific flow issues and improved code readability. While the contribution was limited to a single feature, the depth of the changes demonstrated careful attention to modularity and long-term maintainability.
