Worked on enhancing the bolt.diy repository by implementing a robust integration for Ollama, focusing on backend development and API integration using TypeScript. Developed a system to define and apply a base URL for Ollama model calls, ensuring consistent and secure endpoint resolution across different environments. The approach included updating model retrieval logic and correcting the models fetch URL, which improved the reliability and usability of API interactions. By adding Ollama as a provider in API key handling, the work standardized request flows and reduced the risk of misrouted or failed model calls, contributing to a more maintainable and secure backend architecture.
