During May 2025, Daniel contributed to the reown-com/blockchain-api repository by enhancing the Terraform monitoring module. He incremented the module’s version and introduced a new variable for trusted ARNs, strengthening the security and flexibility of the monitoring setup. Daniel’s work focused on aligning infrastructure changes with security best practices, leveraging his expertise in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code. Using Terraform, he addressed the need for more granular access control within the monitoring roles configuration. While the scope of work was focused and did not include bug fixes, the delivered feature demonstrated a thoughtful approach to infrastructure security and maintainability.
