During November 2024, Nicolas Boulay contributed to the inverse-inc/packetfence repository by implementing Aruba MPSK Passphrase Support in RADIUS Access-Accept for Aruba switches. He enhanced the RADIUS server, written in Perl, to include the Aruba-MPSK-password attribute in Access-Accept responses when DPSK is enabled, streamlining device onboarding and automating secure access provisioning. His work focused on access control, network security, and switch configuration, reducing manual intervention and supporting scalable network access for Aruba MPSK devices. Although no bugs were fixed during this period, the feature delivered aligns with network access control goals and demonstrates depth in protocol-level engineering.
