During January 2025, Nsizemo focused on refactoring the SHIELD cluster scripts within the tfojo1/jheem_analyses repository to enable US-level analytics, replacing the previous metro-specific logic. By consolidating multiple metro batch files into a single, scalable configuration, Nsizemo streamlined script management and reduced maintenance overhead. The work leveraged Bash and R scripting, along with configuration management and Git-based version control, to create a maintainable and reusable solution. This approach improved onboarding for future analytics scenarios and expanded the scope of analysis to cover the entire US, demonstrating depth in batch processing and cross-region data analysis configuration.
