Worked on improving Windows build stability for the microsoft/onnxruntime-genai repository, focusing on compatibility between CUDA and MSVC toolchains. Addressed a persistent issue where build failures occurred if file paths contained spaces by updating CMake build scripts to properly quote affected paths, ensuring reliable argument parsing. Enabled the /Zc:preprocessor flag for nvcc host compilation on Visual Studio 16.5 and newer, resolving compatibility problems with recent CUDA and CCCL headers. Collaborated closely with other contributors and documented changes thoroughly to support future maintenance. Leveraged expertise in CMake, CUDA, and Windows development to enhance CI reliability and streamline local build processes.
