During October 2025, Null0xff developed hardware compatibility for the ipTIME AX2002MESH router within the DragonBluep/openwrt repository, enabling OpenWrt firmware support for this device. The work involved porting efforts focused on the RAMIPS platform, requiring in-depth Linux kernel development and embedded systems expertise. Null0xff implemented the necessary changes in C and Makefile, ensuring the firmware accommodated the router’s specific hardware requirements. This contribution expanded OpenWrt’s device coverage and laid the foundation for future RAMIPS device porting and testing. While no bugs were documented as fixed, the work demonstrated solid firmware development skills and a methodical approach to hardware enablement.
