During a two-month period, N.W. Lee contributed to both the outline/outline and remix-run/react-router repositories, focusing on targeted improvements in editor reliability and route matching accuracy. In outline/outline, Lee addressed an edge case in the editor’s inline image deletion flow, refining cursor placement and deletion consistency using TypeScript and front end development skills. For remix-run/react-router, Lee implemented precise optional parameter handling in route matching, updating path compilation logic and adding comprehensive tests to ensure correct behavior for complex routes. Lee’s work demonstrated depth in React and TypeScript, emphasizing correctness, maintainability, and improved user and developer experience across both projects.
