Worked on the observeinc/terraform-provider-observe repository to implement the deprecation of the Interval Monitor Scheduling Type, aligning the Terraform provider with the platform’s evolving roadmap. The update prevents creation of new interval monitors while maintaining support for existing ones, and introduces clear migration guidance to transform or scheduled monitor types to minimize user disruption. The work involved updating Go code and YAML configuration, as well as enhancing documentation and code comments to clearly communicate the change and its rationale. This approach ensured a smooth transition for users and supported ongoing platform evolution, with a focus on observability and infrastructure as code practices.
