Developed automated account creation validation tests for the ArchaeoVault/ArchaeoVault repository, focusing on improving the reliability of user onboarding. The work involved designing comprehensive Selenium-based test cases in Python to cover scenarios such as valid and invalid email inputs, password length and complexity, name length, duplicate email detection, and mismatched passwords. By implementing robust unit testing and web automation strategies, the developer increased test coverage for critical onboarding flows, reducing the risk of post-release issues and enabling faster, safer deployment cycles. This targeted approach addressed edge cases in validation logic, directly supporting user story requirements and enhancing overall product stability.
