Worked on the percona/percona-backup-mongodb repository, focusing on enhancing the CI/CD pipeline and test coverage workflows. Delivered a new continuous integration process that generates, merges, and uploads functional test coverage reports, integrating Codecov for unified reporting and leveraging reviewdog for unit-test categorization. Upgraded the CI environment by updating the Go toolchain from 1.23-bullseye to 1.25-bookworm, improving build reliability and compatibility with modern dependencies. Used Go, YAML, and GitHub Actions to automate testing and reporting, which improved test visibility, accelerated feedback cycles, and positioned the project for easier maintenance and future upgrades without introducing new bugs.
